Cyber COAST hires new Director of Federal Programs

Cyber COAST is excited to announce our new Director of Federal Programs, Reid Novotny. Novotny joins our company after 15 years of Active Duty service as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Air Force within Cyber Operations. He is a graduate of both The George Washington and George Mason University with Master’s degrees in Computer Security and Strategic Communications respectively. Novotny’s tours of duty have included line and staff positions for Cyber Operations and included a two-year Command position.

Novotny brings a wealth of experience within the Federal space to The Cyber COAST. He leaves the Air Force as the Air Force Chief Information Officer’s Director of Staff responsible for executing Cyber Policy for 600,000 people and a $17 billion budget. Reid is responsible for managing programs and business development within the Federal market. His first engagement will be with the Department of Justice Chief Information Security Office.
